Far from her glammed and dolled-up Instagram post, the actress proved that she can still rock a casual 'fit by giving it an amazing twist.

On Son Ye JIn's Instagram, the "Crash Landing on You" star wore a rugby sweatshirt, paired with dark overalls and a mustard mini side bag, perfect for a casual summer look. She capped off her look with braided pigtails, making her look more youthful.

As seen in the comments section, netizens were happy to see the update from the actress. Some also flooded Son Ye Jin's post with a request.

Fans expressed their wish to see the top star join the star-studded guest of "Queen of Tears," which stars Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won.

As the rom-com series continues to amass global popularity thanks to the entertaining story and amazing chemistry of the two lead stars.

Since "Queen of Tears" aired its first episode, the tvN rom-com K-drama has been surprising viewers with a variety of special appearances from celebrities.

In episode 1, award-winning actor Oh Jung Se portrayed the role of Baek Hyun Woo's (Kim Soo Hyun) psychiatrist.

It can be recalled that Oh Jung Se and Kim Soo Hyun both starred in the hit K-drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," where they played as on-screen brothers.

Moreover, Kim Shin Rok also appeared in "Queen of Tears" episodes 12 and 13 as Hyun Tae's wife. This is a reunion project between the actress and Kim Do Hyun, who portrayed the role of the Chaebol couple in "Reborn Rich."

Of course, the list of "Queen of Tears" cameos will not be complete without Song Joong Ki, who was spotted in episode 8 reprising his role in "Vincenzo."

His cameo appearance portrayed the character of Vincenzo Cassano, who served as Hong Hae In's (Kim Ji Won) divorce lawyer.

Through the rom-com series, he was reunited with "Vincenzo" director Kim Hee Won, who also helmed "Queen of Tears."

As for Son Ye Jin, she and her husband Hyun Bin were mentioned in one of the episodes of the tvN series.

In addition, viewers believe that Hong Hae In and Baek Hyun Woo's wedding was based on BinJin's ceremony due to the similarity of the wedding reception and the whole vibe of the celebration.

Will Son Ye Jin Return to K-drama?

Since her wedding to Hyun Bin in 2022, followed by the birth of their firstborn, Son Ye Jin has been taking a break from on-screen projects.

However, news sparked that the top star has received an offer to headline an upcoming film with Lee Byung Hun.

Other than the star-studded casting, the forthcoming thriller movie will be directed by Park Chan Wook of "The Handmaiden" and "Decision to Leave."
