After 15 years, Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok) kept his promise to reunite with Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon) in "Lovely Runner" Episode 7.
'Lovely Runner' Episode 7: Im Sol Able To Change Their Fate
The episode began with 19-year-old Im Sol, who faced the fate of the incident that happened in the past.
Ryu Sun Jae, on the other hand, was determined to find Im Sol when she went missing.

Luckily, he was able to save her from the kidnapper but felt sorry for what happened to her.
Time slipped to 2023. Many things have changed for 34-year-old Im Sol. She used to live in a wheelchair and is now living the life of a careerwoman as a writer in a film company, which she had always dreamed of. She was happy to change their fate.
The first thing she did was to check on Sun Jae if he was alive.

It was only after she checked on Ryu Sun Jae, a top star who was still doing well, that she felt relieved.
Afterward, she went to Han River Bridge, recalling the past promise she had made with Ryu Sun Jae, but he was not there, and the place where the time capsule was already covered with sidewalk blocks.
Im Sol, Ryu Sun Jae Mistake Each Other as Stalker & Scammer
Even though she was unable to meet Ryu Sun Jae, she was thrilled that he was alive.
However, as if by a twist of fate, Ryu Sun Jae and Im Sol were mistaken for scammers and stalkers. The conflicting timing between the two drew laughter, with Im Sol wearing the same outfit as the stalker who was following Sun Jae and being taken to the police station, while Sun Jae was misunderstood as a conman trying to make a profit by disguising himself as a top star.
As the story progressed, Im Sol got emotional seeing Sun Jae's advertisement, and still can't believe that she was able to change his fate. She also realized that she had missed him.
At the same time, a smile spread across Sun Jae's face when he took out the couple photo with Im Sol that was inside his wallet and looked at it. The two still couldn't forget and miss each other.

Before the episode concluded, Im Sol was heartbroken when Eclipse's concert schedule was postponed. On the concert day, she remembered the same situation that occurred 15 years ago, when Sun Jae died.

She headed to Han River Bridge and worried about Sun Jae's safety. At that moment, an unknown number appeared on her phone, and she was surprised to know it was Ryu Sun Jae, who appeared behind her.

The two fatefully reunited after 15 years on the promised bridge over the Han River.
From that moment, she didn't want to let go of Sun Jae as she was worried that something might happen to him, so she decided to stay with him the whole night, which shocked Sun Jae.
