On the third episode of "Who Came From The Stars" which aired on Wednesday, December 25, 2013, top star Chun Song Yi and her mother Yang Mi Yeon mentioned the Empire Entertainment, which was an entertainment group from the recently ended SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "The Heirs." On this day's episode, Yang Mi Yeon visited Chun Song Yi in the hospital and faked her tears and sadness, and ended up getting kicked out of the hospital room by Chun Song Yi. The parody of "The Heirs" in "You Who Came From The Stars" started when the mother Yang Mi Yeon was coming out of the hospital and spotted by Chun Song Yi's agency's CEO.
