Kim admitted to using drugs in a since-deleted post, causing her some delusions, but that she only did so as a result of coercion.

She claims that during the drinking session, she became helpless as she was "tied and blindfolded.

"While waving a weapon and threatening to kill her, Mr. A allegedly forced her to inhale smoke from a device.

Kim said in a statement through her attorney, "They had my hands tied up, and I was blindfolded. "I feared for my life, and I saw no choice but to comply.

According to Kim's lawyer, the alleged video was made using Kim's cell phone without her permission, and Mr. A is said to have sent that video to his phone using a method similar to Airdrop.

The video is being described as proof of Kim's inability to resist the coercion that was exercised against her.

Kim showed how her life was in danger by making a video call to police looking for protection after the incident.

She even stated that e-mails threatening to take her life were sent by Mr. A via social media.

A police spokesman said, 'Kim is being provided with a smartwatch for her protection.

Kim's legal team did add a caveat in not disclosing all evidence in the case yet because there are "inflammatory accusations," if possible, retaliation from Mr. A.

The attorney added, "We are intent on protecting Kim and bringing the perpetrator in this case to justice.
