Actress Jun Ji-hyun has added two more buildings and a piece of land in the Seongsu-dong area of Seongdong-gu to her real estate portfolio in Seoul.

According to court records obtained on February 27, 2026, Jun bought two buildings: one with a basement and five floors above ground for about $15.6 million USD and another with one to three stories above ground for about $21.8 million USD. She also bought the land between the two buildings for about $1.85 million USD, which brought the total cost to about $39.25 million USD.
Daum said that Jun Ji-hyun has been investing in real estate in Seoul for a number of years. The actress bought a duplex penthouse in Acro Seoul Forest, Seongdong-gu, for $10.9 million USD in 2023. She also bought a commercial building in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, for $42.4 million USD in 2022. She also owns commercial real estate in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, and Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu.
In the past, Jun Ji-hyun has made money from buying and selling real estate. StarNews said that she sold a building in Nonhyeon-dong in 2021 for about $11.8 million USD, and that she sold her home in Samseong-dong in 2014 for $10.9 million USD, having bought it for $6.3 million USD.

A Daum spokesperson said, "This recent investment brings Jun Ji-hyun's total commercial real estate holdings to five properties, with a combined value estimated at nearly $126 million USD."

Jun Ji-hyun is still able to balance her acting career with her real estate investments. She will star in the upcoming movie "Hive," directed by Yeon Sang-ho, after appearing in the Disney+ series "North Star," which came out last year. The movie is about people who have survived an unknown infectious disease and are now in a building that has been sealed off, where they face threats that they can't predict.
This was stated by StarNews, which believed that the latest purchases made by Jun in the rapidly developing business district of Seongsu-dong are probably a strategic investment that demonstrates the woman's financial acumen and interest in the Seoul real estate market.
