A staff member at The Queen AMC, the couple's agency, spoke on the issue Wednesday.

The agency explained, "There are many parts that have been misunderstood. We are embarrassed because the article contains distorted information about what actually happened."

The announcement verified that the crew of JTBC's entertainment show Hankkihap Show—alternatively referred to as Let's Eat Dinner Together — was invited into the couple's residence.

The agency clarified, "First of all, it is true that we invited the JTBC entertainment show 'Hankkihap Show' team into our house.

They said they opened the door because they were happy to hear familiar voices like Tak Jae-hoon.

However, we did not request that the recording not be aired after filming was finished. After filming for about 30 to 40 minutes (less than an hour), we told them that it would be difficult to film any longer, and it was concluded well with the production team.

We are very embarrassed that something that was resolved well then has been reported like this 3 to 4 weeks later (about one month later)."

The Queen AMC also admitted that Kim Seung-woo's state contributed to the suspension of filming.

"At the time, actor Kim Seung-woo had been slightly drunk. Drinking at home is completely understandable, but Let's Eat Dinner Together is a nationwide broadcast broadcast on JTBC, not YouTube," the agency stated.

"Whether slightly or not, it was judged to be a bit much for him to appear on a broadcast while intoxicated, and we ended up asking for a belated understanding from the production team at the management's recommendation.

That's why we ended up concluding that the visit had failed, and the broadcast also concluded that the visit had failed, so we're surprised that the article came out so late."

Earlier on in the day, local publication My Daily wrote that the JTBC crew had filmed for roughly three hours (a rough afternoon session) at the couple's residence before Kim Seung-woo asked it not to be shown.

On the other hand, Let's Eat Dinner Together is an JTBC show where celebrity chefs prepare dishes using ingredients that are present in common households. The pilot season of the show ended on its eighth episode on Aug. 26.
