Actress Han Ga-in expounded on what friendship and social life in show business mean to her in a recent episode of her YouTube vlog, Free Madam Han Ga-in.

In the video, which was released on September 11, Han had fellow actress Shin Hyun-bin over for dinner and open-hearted chats about her personal and career life.

Describing her relationship with celebrities, Han shared, "I don't have many friends with celebrities."

She continued, "I'm usually close with the mothers of my children's friends or friends I was close with before. (Shin Hyun-bin) is one of the few celebrity friends I have."

Han and Shin had shared a previous working relationship in the 2018 OCN drama Mistress, where they were said to have forged a close bond during shooting.

Describing her introverted personality, Han frankly said, "It's not easy to make friends you can open up to in social life. Because of my work, I tend to build walls, and it's not easy to show my feelings."

In spite of those difficulties, she spoke warmly about her experience shooting Mistress, mentioning how cast members bonded.

"While filming 'Mistresses,' the four women talked a lot. They were like friends I met in my high school dorm," she explained.
