Singer Park Bom has again made headlines after mentioning actor Lee Min Ho in a recent social media posting, rekindling earlier dating speculations and raising new health concerns among fans.

On September 14, Park shared a series of photos on her own Instagram account with the caption, "Bat (heart emoji). On the street."

In the photos, Park is walking outside, dressed in a black sleeveless shirt and rosary necklace. Her gently rumpled hair and relaxed facial expression added a relaxed mood to the update.
What captured most of the focus, though, was that she decided to tag Lee Min Ho in the update—an action repeated at multiple points in the past, something that has encouraged speculation and confusion.
Last September, Park called Lee Min Ho her "real husband" in a now-deleted post including his photo.
Her agency explained at the time that the message was a fan-driven declaration and that no romantic relationship existed between the two.
"There is no personal relationship with Park Bom," Lee Min Ho's agency said at the time, categorically denying any such relationship.
Nonetheless, Park went on to mention the actor in his later posts, even accusing her agency of deleting posts against her will.
Earlier this year, she used a secondary social media account to post other photos with Lee Min Ho, again claiming a personal relationship. In turn, representatives for Lee Min Ho insisted that the allegations were unfounded.
In one past comment, Park Bom said, "I'm single," but also claimed, "Lee Min Ho asked me to post those things"
Park Bom, who had recently resumed activities with 2NE1, announced a hiatus in August due to health-related issues.
The remaining members—CL, Dara, and Minzy—continue group promotions while Park maintains sporadic contact with fans via social media.
With her recent update, fans expressed worry online. One wrote, "Is her health really okay?" while another commented, "This looks worrying."
Both Park Bom's agency and Lee Min Ho's reps have not said anything further as of yet.
