Comedian Yang Se-chan once again tackled and repudiated dating rumors with actress Kwon Nara, this time on the air on a special holiday broadcast.
As per, KBZoom Yang guested on the October 6 Chuseok special edition of JTBC's "Special Reporter 25HR," where he shared with other hosts Jun Hyun-moo, Kim Sook, and Lee Chan-won looking back at the show's most hit segments.
Jun Hyun-moo playfully poked fun at Yang over the constant dating rumors during the course of their conversation, and the comedian laughed back before firmly putting the rumors to rest.
"I've never even met that person," Yang stated, silencing the rumors once and for all.
The comedian's light, joking tone made the moment brighter, but the exchange was nevertheless an absolute answer to the rumors that have followed the comedian all throughout the last year.
As reported by XportsNews, Jun Hyun-moo then took the opportunity to share his own experience with false reports, saying with a smile,
"I've had a lot of fake dating rumors too. At one point, there was even an article claiming I'd joined a parenting show!"
His playful confession drew laughter from the other hosts, diffusing any awkwardness and turning the moment into an entertaining on-air segment.
The Chuseok-themed special episode also pointed out the "Best 5" most unforgettable moments of the show.
Kim Sook's selection was "Koreans in New York," which had high ratings and included a visit to a Korean restaurant by Jennie of BLACKPINK.
Lee Chan-won's pick included the Stray Kids World Tour Paris segment, where he sang an ad-lib live song that caught the hearts of both domestic and global fans.
Another included highlight was the Hong Kong virtual travel episode with a comedic Wing Chun duel between Jun Hyun-moo and Yang Se-chan, and a special interview with Chinese actress Fan Bingbing.
