Rising star Choo Young Woo, who appeared in "The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call," is now making headlines again as he finds himself under controversy after opening up about his past incidents in a recent interview. Choo Young Woo seemed to be on the right track after being out of controversy for several months now.

Early in 2025, however, Choo found himself involved in a few scandals. This included a situation which got very bad online accusations, and then there was an incident that forced him to apologize.

On his side, Choo has talked in an interview about the impact of scandals on his personal life. Prior to giving his citations, the interviewer asked him about the effect of these incidents on his way of living.

Choo stated, "These days, I really think I need to live more properly, and I hardly go outside at all." His statement was meant to show self-improvement but raised more issues on holding people accountable for their actions.

Experts from the entertainment industry told Koreaboo that "interviews conducted to demonstrate maturity may inadvertently do the opposite when trust has not been fully regained." Choo Young Woo has not ceased to work, and no news about official punishment for his interview has come to light yet. According to News1, his agency has not released another official statement yet.
