SBS has officially announced its 2026 drama lineup. This means that the network will have a busy year ahead with a mix of romance, fantasy, legal drama, action, and medical noir shows, all featuring big stars and returning hit shows.

SBS is back to focusing on romance, which is a genre that gained popularity last year. Koreaboo says that the network is keeping up that streak with several romance-based projects that have different tones and settings.
"Sold Out On You" is a romantic comedy about a farmer with three jobs and a top show host who can't sleep. Their lives are intertwined day and night. It's one of the most talked-about titles. Ahn Hyo Seop and Chae Won Bin's casting has already gotten many people talking.

"Brave New World" is another love story that has gotten a lot of attention. It's about a villainess from the Joseon era and a chaebol from the present day who fall in love. Lim Ji Yeon plays two roles: a modern-day actress and a possessed historical villain. Heo Nam Jun plays the role of her love interest. Koreaboo says that people are watching the project closely to see how Lim Ji Yeon changes and how well the two actors get along.

With "Nine to Six," a workplace romance starring Park Min Young and Yook Sungjae, SBS is also adding to its collection of romantic shows. Naver says that the show looks at the problem of choosing between work and love that many people face today. At first, people were interested in the differences between the two main characters.

SBS is adding more genres to its lineup besides romance. "Phantom Lawyer" is a legal drama with a twist: the main character is a lawyer who can see ghosts. Yoo Yeon Seok and Esom are the stars of the show, and Koreaboo says that people are excited to see a new way of telling stories in court.

Based on a popular Naver webtoon, "Manager Kim" has both action and emotional depth. Naver says that the show stars So Ji Sub as a regular dad who puts everything on the line to save his daughter. It promises lots of action and strong themes about fatherhood.

"Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia," which stars Kim Ji Won and Lee Jung Eun, is another movie that fans of medical noir will enjoy. It deals with corruption in the medical field. Koreaboo says that the project's creative team and strong cast have gotten a lot of attention.

Adding back old favorites makes the lineup even stronger. "Flex X Cop 2' brings back its original director and writer, and Jung Eun Chae joins as a new investigation partner." Good Partner 2" follows up on a first season that had a 21% viewership rating, according to Naver.
SBS also put out a "Ride SBS" relay challenge video with its 2026 cast, which made people even more excited for the year to come.
