They were both in the Netflix show "Love Alarm," where they played Kim Jojo and Hwang Sun Oh, respectively. Their story in the teen romance drama got mixed reviews, but they still had many fans.

The magazine described the plot like this: "White Scandal" follows Ji Eun Seol, a child actress who was once very promising but whose career fell apart after she took the blame for her brother's crime.
She is now a road manager, but she still wants to be an actress. She meets Dan I Hyuk, a man who was involved in the past event, and they start a contract relationship that reveals secrets that have been hidden for a long time.
In the new series, Kim So Hyun will play Ji Eun Seol, a former child star trying to put her life back together while dealing with unresolved trauma. Song Kang will play Dan I Hyuk, a key figure in the earlier scandal who gets involved in a contract dating arrangement that becomes more emotional over time.
There is a lot of talk online about the reunion.
