The three women of "I Need Romance 3" are very different from one another, but they are all labeled under the categories of women in their thirties and working women.

On the third episode of the cable channel tvN's Monday Tuesday drama "I Need Romance 3" which aired on January 20, 2014, the three women's stories were told, all of whom are dreaming of different kinds of romance.

Shin Joo Yeon, played by Kim So Yeon, after breaking up with her boyfriend Lee Jang Woo, played by Alex, declared, "I do not need love," and focused her energy onto work. Although she is a gold star at work, she showed a naïve side in dating. When Ju Wan, played by Sung Joon, confessed his love for her, Shin Joo Yeon said, "Since when? Why? Why me?"

Jung Hee Jae, played by Yoon Seung Ah, told a story of a woman who is struggling at work, but whose romantic relationship with her boyfriend is a beautiful one. She took his boyfriend to her house and made dinner for him. Oh Se Ryung, played by Wang Ji Won, is a cold hearted workaholic, but when she was reminded of her ex boyfriend Kang Tae Yoon, played by Nam Koong Min, she could not help but feel sad.
