"Empress Ki" Ha Ji Won shared it was very hard filming the scene where she is giving a birth.

In the press conference of the MBC Monday Tuesday drama "Empress Ki" which took place on January 20, 2014, in MBC Dream Center in Il San, Kyung Ki Do, actress Ha Ji Won shared the difficulties of filming the scene where she is giving a birth to a child.

Ha Ji Won said, "My character Ki Seung Nyang got pregnant and had to give a birth to a child in a cave. I think this was the hardest scene I had to act out in my career, and it was harder than any action scenes. I think I almost fainted."

Ha Ji Won added, "The scene was filmed in an icy cave. The staff members had to break three to four inches of ice, and I went inside of the cave and acted. It felt as if my whole body was being paralyzed, and I was becoming an ice. After filming the scene I came out of the ice and the staff members massaged my body. And I had to tell them not to because it felt like my body was about to break."
