Park Se Young and Wooyoung Make An Adorable If Somewhat Awkward Couple

The latest couple on "We Got Married" has been attracting attention for their adorable and sometimes awkward interactions.

Netizens have wondered why actress Park Se Young and 2PM's Wooyoung are occasionally so awkward with each other. Being married on the show is not really being married. But some netizens suggest that being so nervous means they are genuinely attracted to each other.

Wooyoung seems a little more nervous than his TV bride but he has in the past described Park Se Young as his ideal type.

And the first impressions he received after filming with her did nothing to change his mind.

"I could not stop looking at her eyes," he said.

She expected the 2PM singer to be shy and was pleasantly surprised at how easy he was to talk to. She also liked his jokes.

"I thought he was the timid quiet type," she said. "But after our first recording, my impression changed. After talking to him, I found we had a lot in common. I'm surprised but happy too."

They have gone ice fishing and he played a song for her on the piano. He wanted to share a song he composed but made the mistake of saying he wrote it for a past girlfriend.

It created an awkward moment. Park Se Young wondered out loud why he was thinking about his past girlfriend but then she saved the moment by thanking him for sharing and said she would listen.

Wooyoung got flustered but said he only wanted to share the first song he composed. In response to her teasing, like a real newlywed husband, he said that he never thought of that girlfriend anymore. That seemed to ease the awkwardness and the couple made chocolate together.

Netizens found it funny that Wooyoung kept changing what he said to make Park Se Young happy.
