On the SBS special documentary titled "SBS Special Lee Young Ae's Supper" which aired on February 2, 2014, Lee young Ae, her husband Jung Ho Seung, and the twin children, Jung Seung Bin and Jung Seung Kwon's lives were revealed. On this day's episode, Lee Young Ae said, "I became a mother a little bit later than most people." Lee Young Ae then added, "While I abandoned work for the fun of watching the children grow day by day, it has already been nine years since I stopped filming," revealed the reason why she stopped filming any movies or dramas since the movie "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance."

Lee Young Ae then shared how she and her husband Jung Ho Young got married in Hawaii in 2009, and gave birth to two identical twins in 2011.
