The ever-popular Netflix show "House of Cards" is quickly approaching its premiere on February 14th. In order to minimize the suspense, snippets of the season 2 synopsis has leaked, to our relief.
The promo for season 2, which starts with Francis being sworn in as Vice President, makes us quiver with anticipation for the premiere. As Michael Ausiello of TV Line mentions, season 2 of the Netflix show will feature "diving dogs, airborne lamps, same-gender lip-locks and Robin Wright's icy-cool Claire saying things like, "Am I really the sort of enemy you want to make" while nursing a glass of cabernet."
Just as season 1 had left off, Francis (Kevin Spacey) and Claire (Robin Wright) Underwood will still continue their merciless rise to power.
However, the crimes of Francis may be on the cusp of surfacing as Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara), reporter and Francis's former paramour, investigates further.
The daggers are pointing at Francis from all ends as President Walker's confidante Raymond Tusk requires that Francis reciprocate political favors or face retribution.
As their crimes are slowly being revealed to the surface ever so thrillingly, Francis and Claire must handle the pressure and lack of privacy under the spotlight.
Netflix has already picked up "House of Cards" for a third season, meaning the debauchery of the Underwoods is yet to end.
How far will they go in season 2? You'll see all of it on Valentine's day.
