Justin Bieber can't seem to stop trouble from following him as 2014 continues with another incident.
The troubled singer was confronted by U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at Teterboro Airport, where he was questioned and eventually released.
The "Baby" singer was aboard a private jet from Waterloo, Ont. to Teterboro, N.J. where it was suspected that him and his passengers smoked marijuana. The flight's captain stated in the report that he "warned passengers several times to stop smoking marijuana and to stop harassing the attendant."
The flight crew has declined to file charges against Bieber and his passengers, partially saving the once Grammy-nominated singer from another legal problem.
It was reported that the U.S. customs authorities had to hold the plane for several hours after noticing the strong odor of marijuana upon landing.
Drug-sniffing dogs were unable to find any substance on board; however, during questioning, the singer admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol, although he had none on him afterwards.
Amongst the singer's passengers was Jeremy Bieber, Justin's father. According to the crew's incident report, which was made public later by NBC News, the flight attendant explained that the passengers that included both father and son "were extremely abusive verbally and she would not work another flight with them."
At one point, the captain eventually "asked the flight attendant to stay with him hear the cockpit to avoid any further abuse."
The star's father being equally as abusive as his son towards the flight attendant as well as his general presence on a flight where pot and alcohol use was involved is highly alarming. Does he support his son, despite the multiple arrests and scandals?
