Rosie O'Donnell has come back to "The View" since her exit seven years ago. Unfortunately, this time, she's only back as a guest.

The comedian left the daytime show after the fierce, heated argument with Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

During her segment, she spoke openly about her 2012 heart attack.

She hilariously mentions that she responded to doctors by saying, "Doctor, I am adamantly pro-life" when she was asked if she wanted to be shocked back to life if things went wrong during her surgery.

O'Donnell's segment on "The View" promoted her return to Hot Topics, once again keeping us anticipating the possibility of "Rosie Unhinged."

She also spoke of her guest role on the ABC Family show "The Fosters," as well as her stand-up special for HBO.

While the 51-year-old spoke of herself during the episode, she also weighed in on the topics that have heavily been circulating the Internet lately.

In regards to the drama between Dylan Farrow and Woody Allen, O'Donnell stated, "I firmly believe Dylan, and I believe Mia. You can never really know what goes on in a house."

Her next topic, Justin Bieber, was addressed with equal honesty, but was laced with the Rosie humor that viewers have grown to miss.

She stated, "Poor baby. Here's the thing: Fame is a tidal wave. It sweeps you away."

When "The View" host, Sherri Shepherd, brought up Bieber egging his neighbor's house, Rosie joked, "Oh, come on. I throw eggs at houses every Halloween of my life. Do I think he needs parental supervision in a way that he's not getting? I certainly do. But do I think he should be deported? No way, Jose."

Next was a far more depressing matter: the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman.

O'Donnell explains, "I think if you read Russell Brand's piece about addiction, you'll understand just how crippling this disease is and it's about time we stop shaming addicts. When you're addicted to things, it's not a game."

Rosie's segment ended with Whoopi Goldeberg asking if she missed "The View."

O'Donnell stated, "Sometimes I do. When something happens in the country when I feel like, 'Wow I wish that someone was saying this.'"
