The "Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" has quite the line-up for its premiere-week.

NBC announced on Monday that musical guests will include U2, Lady Gaga, Tim McGraw and Arcade Fire.

Non-musical guests are just as incredible, including Will Smith, Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig, Bradley Cooper, First Lady Michelle Obama and Fallon's "History of Rap" buddy, Justin Timberlake.

The show, which recently aired the last episode with ex-host Jay Leno, has prepared a star-studded line-up to get ratings soaring from the very beginning.

The complete lineup for the much-anticipated premiere week will be:

Monday (Feb. 17th): Will Smith, U2

Tuesday (Feb. 18th): Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig, Lady Gaga

Wednesday (Feb. 19th): Bradley Cooper, Tim McGraw

Thursday (Feb. 20th): Michelle Obama, Will Ferrell, Arcade Fire

Friday (Feb. 21th): Justin Timberlake

The new "Tonight Show" host seems to be confident about his abilities as he tells Billboard magazine, "No one tells me to do anything - they see what we've done with our show [Late Night With Jimmy Fallon]."

Fallon continues, "At one point, they said I couldn't host the Emmys: 'no one will watch if you host it. You have too young of an audience.' We hosted the Emmys and did what we normally do on our show. Its ratings were up from the year before. With 'The Tonight Show,' they're kind of just letting me do it."

"The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" will be in competition with L.A. based "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Fans of Jimmy Fallon and "The Tonight Show" are anticipating the February 17th premiere.
