"Grey's Anatomy" episode 13 "Take It Back" spoilers have arrived and it will conclude several unsolved plots for season 10.

According to the ABC press release, in "Take It Back," "the doctors will be handling the consequences of the events from April's wedding."

It was released that, "Meredith feels betrayed when Dereck goes back on a promise while Alex is furious after returning to the hospital and hearing the news about his father, and Arizona and Callie decide whether or not to move forward together. Meanwhile, Bailey realizes she was wrong about the motive behind Ben's decision to move back to Seattle."

The biggest question of whether April will choose Jackson or Matthew will be answered as well.

Jackson's declaration of love for her during her wedding ceremony will not go unnoticed.

According to actor Jesse Williams, who plays Jackson, the decision that April makes is "incredibly tense" and will spark "a lot of regrets either way."

It is also stated on ENSTARS that Meredith and Derek may face a potential breakup, which will go back to the spoilers of Meredith feeling "betrayed" by Derek.

Derek had received a phone call from the President of the United States, who asked him to join a brain mapping project, before the hiatus.

Sarah Drew, who plays April, told Glamour Magazine, "I can tell you that everything kind of gets turned upside emotionally because of the President's phone call to Derek. All kinds of things get messed up because of that phone call."

According to examiner.com, there are photos of Alex arguing intensely with Dr. Weber and Dr. Hunt while Jo and Shane chime in as well.
