We've been seeing Henry Cavill's ripped body in a lot of places.

The "Man of Steel" actor has been keeping his body in shape for the highly anticipated "Batman VS Superman" film.

From the looks of it, all of his hard work seems to be paying off.

Robert MacDonald, training director at Gym Jones in Salt Lake City, has shared with MovieHole, "To show you the type of dedication that Henry has, he came in over Christmas because he knew he was going to start shooting the movie 'Batman VS Superman' in January."

MacDonald continued, "He wanted to come in December to continue his training. He didn't want to take time off on Christmas."

According to Mother Nature Network, the training director, who trained actors for "300: Rise of an Empire," was impressed with the actor's physical strength.

He has stated, "I would say that his fitness is progressing every single day. And not just in terms of looks, but also in terms of what I call real, genuine horsepower. I think people, even in the exercise world, would be shocked with what he can actually lift, what he can actually do. The things he is capable of. He doesn't just look good. It's actual real, genuine fitness which is really nice."

Cavill has spent 11 months training to look like Superman, eventually adding 20 pounds of muscle to his body while averaging a 5,000 calorie per day diet.

The "Batman VS Superman" actor has explained to Total Film, "You've got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs ... you've gotta keep your hunger levels going. I'm training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman."

As Superman trains, Wonder Woman Gal Gadot has reportedly been receiving criticism for her lack of curves as the Amazon warrior princess.

The "Fast and Furious" actress has shot down the criticism by stating in an interview with Israel TV that she "represents the Wonder Woman of the new world."

According to Mother Nature Network, Gadot's workouts have taken a martial-arts approach.

She practices kung fu, kickboxing, swords, jujitsu, amongst other practices for her role.

You'll be able to see the workout results of the two actors in the untitled "Batman VS Superman" movie, set to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
