Miley Cyrus is ready to make headlines again with her Bangerz World Tour.

So far, the singer has shown the world cannabis leotards, lots of gold, simulated masturbating and midgets. Let's not forget the fake oral sex she simulated on a Bill Clinton impersonator.

As Miley continues all of her madness, the last thing we can do is look away.

According to The Independent, the "Adore You" singer has explained that Bangerz tour was "art" and would give teenagers the chance to see things they may have been sheltered from in their small American towns.

For example, teens in small American towns have yet to see a person straddle a 20-foot long hot dog as it's being raised high above a crowd of screaming people. The "We Can't Stop" singer shared exactly that with those who don't have the resources to be exposed to such things. Thank you, Miley.

The Independent has reported that the controversial singer performed her "on-stage antics" in front of a giant, imposing "Parental Advisory Explicit Content" board.

It has also been reported by TMZ that for the Vancouver stop of her Bangerz tour, Miley has been giving out 2 free 24k gold leafed sheets of rolling paper with the purchase of her tour book.

The 21-year-old can't seem to get enough of the pot because even one of her back up dancers was dressed as a joint.

Liam Hemsworth's ex also made sure to make of herself as she made her entrance by sliding out of her own mouth and onto her much-talked about tongue.

Cyrus went all out for the Bangerz tour with outfits designed by Robert Cavalli, Jeremy Scott, the Blonds and Marc Jacobs. According to Rolling Stone, she also purchased vintage Bob Mackie outfits just for the tour.

It's true that Miley is continuing to shock with her behavior, but one can't deny that she is blowing people away with her vocal skills.

Rolling Stone has reported that in the course of her roughly 100 minute long show, the singer entertained the audience by nailing her vocals, without the help of any "vocal doubling," as done in many stadium shows.
