Courteney Cox was spotted vacationing in Venice with her new boyfriend, Johnny McDaid and her 9-year-old daughter Coco Arquette.

According to ABC News, Coco seemed to be quite taken with the Snow Patrol rocker as she was seen hugging and holding his hand.

Courteney Cox and boyfriend Johnny McDaid were set up by mutual friend Ed Sheeran.

The "Give Me Love" singer told OMG! Insider in December that, "My housemate [Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid] who I've lived with for a year, I introduced him to Courteney Cox. They started dating and [are] crazy about each other."

This raises questions of wedding bells in the near future for 49-year-old Cox and 37-year-old McDaid.

It seems that they have the approval of daughter Coco already.

The "Cougartown" star split from her now ex-husband David Arquette last year.

Arquette is currently expecting a child with on again off again girlfriend Christina McLarty. The New York Daily News reports that Cox and Arquette share custody of their daughter and remain on amicable terms.

Courteney Cox has said of David in the February issue of More magazine, "You can love somebody so much, but it's not the life you should be living together. I think David and I are supposed to be the way we are now."

The former "Friends" star seems to have accepted David Arquette's girlfriend into the family as she stated on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that, "It's a very unique relationship. All of us like literally, me and Christina and David and Coco. It's great though."

As the relationship with Courteney Cox and boyfriend Johnny McDaid gets even more serious, which it clearly is, will David be as okay with it as Courteney has been?
