Kate Winslet is undeniably one of Hollywood's most celebrated actresses.

As her new movie, "Divergent," continuously gains tons of media attention, the 38-year-old has lots to say to younger cast member Shailene Woodley.

According to Universal Pictures, Winslet took it upon herself to share career tips with the 21-year-old actress who said, "Kate said something to me once, 'People make it harder on themselves than they need to be. In life in general, but especially actors. They take themselves too seriously.

It seems that the fellow "Divergent" castmember got the best advice for someone making her way into Hollywood.

The film "Divergent" has been adapted from the book under the same title by Veronica Roth. It's based in futuristic Chicago in which people are tested when they are young and subsequently divided into five factions based on their personalities and virtues.

Tris, played by Shailene Woodley, is born into Abnegation (which values selflessness), but her test reveals she is "divergent," having an aptitude for multiple factions - something that is not allowed in the rigidly divided society.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Tris hides her divergence and decides to join Dauntless, the faction based on bravery, landing among a group of tattooed warriors, including her love interest, Four, played by Theo James.

The rest of the cast included Ashley Judd, Jai Courtney, Ray Stevenson, Zoe Kravitz, Miles Teller, Tony Goldwyn, Ansel Elgort, Maggi Q, Mekhi Phifer and of course, Kate Winslet.

It has been reported by hypable.com that Shailene Woodley and Theo James will be visiting several cities across the United States for special red carpet screenings.
