Justin Bieber hit the recording studio with his mom.

The pair seemed happy in the studio as they tweeted and posted Instagram pictures together.

Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette tweeted about the night writing, "That was the BEST night of my life @justinbieber you were SO sweet to me & I had so much fun #ILoveYou."

She continued, "Amazing night recording my first song. Thank you so much for writing it love!"

The troubled Bieber also took an Instagram video of his mom singing in the studio for all his fans to see.

He added the caption, "Got my moms courage enough to get in the booth for the first time she sounds so good."

He then posted a picture of the two hugging.

E! News reported that the singer and his mom were recording the track in Atlanta, where the "All That Matters" singer is currently renting out a home.

The two may have joyously been singing their hearts out the other night, but they can't escape Justin Bieber's legal woes.

According to TMZ, a plea bargain is on the table for Bieber's January 2014 DUI arrest.

He has the option to face prison time or agree to no contest plea to the charge of reckless driving, 40 hours of community service, an alcohol education course, a "victim impact panel" (which entails hearing speeches from those who have lost loved ones to DUI accidents), and random drug testing for six to nine months wherever Bieber travels in the United States.

He still currently faces a felony vandalism charge for egging his neighbor's home.
