Nicki Minaj Scandal: “She Stole My Wig Designs!” Claims Terrence Davidson, The Rapper’s Former Hair Stylist! Will The $30 Million Complaint Pull The ‘Super Bass’ Superstar’s Hair Out?

It isn't a good month for the "Super Bass" rapper.

After being criticized for featuring the image of Malcolm X on her new single, "Lookin Ass Nigga," Time reported that Nicki Minaj is now being sued for $30 Million by her ex-"wig guru" Terrence Davidson for another complaint - thievery of hair!

In the case filed in the district court of Atlanta, Davidson claims that Minaj - whose real name is Onika Maraj - stole his designs and are selling it under her name, which allegedly cost him a reality show deal.

According to the lawsuit, The hair stylist started working with the "Starships" singer in 2010, where he would provide "fresh, unique and highly distinguishable" accessories, which included the "Pink Upper Bun Wig," the "SuperBass Wig" and the "Half Blonde-Half Pink Wig" that would eventually be the basis of her offbeat fashion image.

The partnership fell apart after Minaj set up her own wig line on MyPinkFriday.com, her official website.

He was also allegedly asked not to sign a million dollar reality show deal to avoid straining his relationship with the American rapper.

Talking to CNN, Christopher Chestnut, Davidson's attorney explained the root of the case:

"Nicki Minaj is reaping great success and financial bounty reward for Terrence's creative expertise, and he is entitled to participate in that."

"Someone's got to stand up for the artist. We applaud the fact that she's making millions, but she's also got to pay bounty to those whose creative designs she's making millions off of," Davidson's attorney added.

Davidson, who have also worked with rapper Remy Ma and singer Patti LaBelle, discovered her designs being sold without his license after a friend sent him a picture.

"On its face, you might think, what this guy is suing over wigs," Davidson's attorney Chestnut told CNN. "But we really have to consider this in context. Hair is a multibillion-dollar industry, but moreover these are not your grandma's wigs. These are eclectic. They are decadent, and they are creative. This is about a brand that Terrence has built."

Nicki MInaj's camp has yet to respond.
