News of Katie Holmes dating Jamie Foxx hit headlines again after stories surfaced last week about the item's Super Bowl dates.
An insider told perezhilton.com that the two have been spending more time together in secret.
"Katie flew private to California to stay with Jamie at his home around the Grammys. Foxx's beautiful daughter Corinne was his date for the Grammys. But he and Holmes also spent time together during Super Bowl weekend, although they attended the game separately," the insider reported.
Though there are no confirmation from both parties, Hollywood is talking that there might something between the two more than friendship.
"It's the worst kept secret in Hollywood. When they were first linked last August they weren't ready to make their relationship public. They were both worried about Tom's [Cruise] reaction - after all, he introduced them when he was still married to Katie," a source told British magazine Grazia.
"When they're apart Jamie and Katie text, call and Skype each other all the time and they meet up whenever they're in the same city. When he's in New York he sends a car to pick her up and they meet at a private apartment, everyone is desperate for them to go public," the source further said.
It can be remembered that rumours linking the "Django Unchained" star to the former Mrs Cruise started when the two was seen dancing last summer at a Hamptons gala.
It did not sit well with Katie Holmes' ex-husband.
Tom Cruise is said to be fuming upon hearing the news. A source told The National enquirer that the Mission: Impossible actor feels betrayed by his Collateral co-star Jamie Foxx.
The Enquirer's source also noted that "neither Jamie nor Katie wanted this affair out in the open. Jamie wanted to keep it quiet because he figured Tom would consider it a betrayal of their friendship."
Last October, Foxx, 46, told Entertainment Tonight that the rumours were not true.
"In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people," he explained.
Let's wait and see if Suri's mother, Holmes will do something to dispel the rumours this time.
