Selena Gomez might have found the perfect rebound!
The "One Direction" singer Niall Horan took the former Disney princess to a romantic date in Nando's in London and they were seen relaxed and obviously enjoying the night out, according to Metro UK.
The date was courtesy of their mutual friend Taylor Swift after Horan attended her concert at the O2. The 1D pop star talked to Selena's BFF about the possibility of setting him up with the Justin Bieber's ex.
It turns out, Gomez was already comfortable with Niall as the "Midnight Memories" singer has been helping her get back on track during her stint in rehab.
A source revealed to the British magazine "Heat" that the two has "been in constant contact since she went back to the States. Niall's exactly the kind of guy she needs right now. He's so sweet, a total gentleman and 100 per cent not a player like Justin turned out to be."
Media insiders are buzzing about how the timing couldn't get any more perfect.
"Niall's always fancied Selena, and he's made no secret of it. So when he went to Taylor's gig at The O2 in London on 2 February, he talked to her about setting them up. He's just split from Barbara [Palvin] and Selena's trying to get over Justin [Bieber] so it's perfect timing," the "Heat" insider added.
The two had dinner at Nando's, a popular Portuguese-specialty Resto, where there pair spent an hour talking about everything, even discussing sensitive topics like their break-ups and Justin Bieber.
The topic of their discussion isn't amused with the news.
Justin Bieber, who is holding a big birthday bash this March 1, allegedly threw a fit and banned his former beau from his party.
A "Hollywood Reporter" source said that the Canadian pop star "does not want her there after she dissed him by hooking up with Niall, which was not cool."
As a sort of revenge, Bieber is inspired to make his celebration the biggest ever.
"There will be plenty of hot chicks there, and let's just say lots of party favors... It's going to be off the hook," according to the same source.
Justin and Selena, who dated on-and-off since 2010 to January this year, seems like they are not ready to move on. Or at least one of them isn't.
