Now that her divorce is finalized, Duff is now being linked to her hairstylist, Marcus Francis, after the two were photographed at the Miley Cyrus Bangerz concert in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Radar Online has reported that the 26-year-old former child star has "found love" with a "mystery man" at what seems to be the perfect date spot, a Miley concert.

The Disney star claimed that her new rumored romance is nothing more than a friendship, tweeting, "t'was a fun night!! Hey @MarcusRFrancis we are now dating according to the press."

Duff went on to call the rumors "pure comedy" and posted, "Well, why wouldn't we be?! You're hot enough to turn any gay boy straight."

As it's confirmed that the new Hilary Duff dating rumors are false, attention is being drawn to the blonde beauty's Valentine's Day vacation with her ex-husband Mike and their son Luca.

It seems like the couple is working things out and possibly getting back together, despite their recent divorce.

While in the Bahamas, Hilary Duff posted a picture of her family on Twitter with the caption '#modernfamily #vacation #juicypear.'

While things are being re-kindled between Duff and the retired hockey player, Hilary Duff is keeping busy with her new album and comedy series.

According to the Daily Mail, Duff has been recording music for an upcoming album, one of the songs will be titled "Hurt."

The blonde is working on a pilot for a new comedy series titled "Younger," written and produced by Darren Star.

Duff will show off her acting chops once again as she assumes the role of Kelsey, the 20-something friend of a 40-something single mom who is attempting to reinvent herself as a 29-year-old at work.
