Yoo In Na, the new emcee of the beauty program "Get It Beauty, recently discussed her own beauty regimen and how she achieves such flawless skin.

The actress who appeared in the hit drama "You Who Came From The Stars," says that she does not do anything unusual. Her regimen relies on the basics and she rarely sees a dermatologist.

"I use methods that everyone knows about but sticking to a routine can be hard," she said.

Basically, to have radiant skin, you have to be healthy.

"In my experience, drinking only water for two to three days improves your skin," she said. "Also, I rarely eat white rice. I do eat cabbage often since I like it."

To keep her figure she avoids snacking at night.

Most k-drama actresses use the basics to keep their skin in top form.

Ha Ji Won, who stars in "Empress Ki," has skin looks flawless despite punishing filming schedules. When asked about her beauty routine, she said that it's very important to let skin breathe. It's especially important for actresses who often have to wear a lot of makeup. On set, whenever she is not shooting, she removes her makeup to give her skin a rest. She also eats a lot of vitamin-rich fruit.

Song Hye Kyo, the star of "That Winter The Wind Blows," drinks plenty of water and enjoys a daily facial mask. Facial masks don't have to be expensive to be effective. Mixing an egg white with unprocessed honey makes a great mask. Apply the mask, wait for it to dry and wash it off. You can also use honey to brighten your skin. Every two weeks, massage one part honey and two parts water into your skin.

Yoon Eun Hye, the star of "Missing You" and "Future's Choice," slathers on plenty of moisturizer. She once said that she puts on three times the recommended amount of moisturizer before she goes to bed and it works really well. She also drinks hot milk before bed because a good night's sleep can help you look your best.

Lee Min Jung, now starring in "Cunning Single Lady," is also a fan of facial masks, but she once told an interviewer that her real beauty secret was laughing. If you are happy and relaxed it will show on your face.

Lee Na Young is very careful to use sunscreen every time she goes out. Sun exposure creates wrinkles. She drinks water instead of juice or soft drinks and eats plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins.

Yoo In Na has invited several celebrities, including her "You Who Came From The Stars" co-star Jun Ji Hyun, to share their secrets on her "Get It Beauty" program. If Jun Ji Hyun shows up, fans can learn what basics she used to make her skin seem so flawless.
