"Real Housewives of Atlanta" has been filled with even more drama on and off screen.

RHOA couple, Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey's marriage still remain on the rocks since cheating rumors surfaced.

According to MStars News, their 3-years of marriage may lead to divorce after Peter Thomas was seen with a mystery brunette at a Golden Globes after party that he attended with his wife, causing cheating rumors to circulate.

A Life & Style source had said that the RHOA reality television husband was "flirting up a storm" and getting touchy with the woman.

The source had stated, "She was twerking all over his thigh. And he was giving people a thumbs-up while she did it! He also put his hands around her waist and nuzzled her neck."

RHOA star Cynthia Bailey had opened up about her martial problems before the cheating rumors had emerged.

She had stated, "I have a very big problem with the way Peter communicated when he is upset. He wants to get all loud and throw around a couple of his choice curse words. I am a communicator, and this drives me crazy."

As Bailey's marriage remains unstable, Nene Leakes has begun developing her own opinions on Thomas.

During an altercation between Peter Thomas and Nene about her "cold and awkward" speech at Kenya Moore's Saving Our Daughters Ball, Nene insisted that he shouldn't be getting involved in the fight between herself and Kenya.

Wet Paint reported that Nene said that Peter was "acting like a bitch."

Cynthia Bailey chose to stay by her best friend's side as she told her sister Mal, "I wish he would have let me handle it. I had a problem with him confronting Nene."

Oddly enough, Bailey later blogged about the incident stating, "I am beyond offended and embarrassed that one of my closest and most loyal friends called my husband a b**** for speaking the truth."

She stated it "crosses the line," but still invited Leakes to Thomas's birthday party, which Nene attended.

Will the drama subside between the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars?

Off camera, it seems that Thomas is dealing with his own legal and financial trouble as Radar Online reports that he is being sued by his landlord for nearly $100,000 in unpaid back rent.

It has been reported that Thomas' Bar One "is in foreclosure court right now."
