Now we know why Taylor Swift's latest album "RED" was all about being heartbroken - she lost more than just her heart in her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.

A RadarOnline.com insider recently revealed what happened to their relationship. It was disclosed that Swift, 24, had been "saving herself for marriage," but found it hard not give her everything to the 33 year old actor.

"She thought she was going to marry Jake, that's how in love she was with him," the source told Radar exclusively.

But after Taylor lost her virginity to Jake, the "Brokeback Mountain" actor started to get cold. The clincher was him being a no-show on her 21st birthday party which she threw for herself in December 2010 at her Nashville family estate.

"The day before - all was set - he was coming, no issues. But the day of, she doesn't hear from him at all. No texts, no calls," the insider said.

"Taylor thought maybe he was planning some sort of surprise. Nope. He didn't show up."

The "Our Song" singer then locked herself in the bathroom, crying all night.

Swift then retaliated by spilling all about her hurt feelings for Jake Gyllenhaal through her songs which now comprised her critically-acclaimed album "RED."

Though the "22" singer feels like she is "damaged goods" after her break up, it seems that there are no admiration lost from her fans all over the world.

One even went so far to claiming that he is her "husband."

Swift obtained a temporary restraining order from the Los Angeles Superior Court for 33-year-old Timothy Sweet as he was stalking her with repeated letters, texts and social media messages, claiming to be her husband, E! Online reports.

It was stated in her legal complaint that the 6-footer Sweet is "seriously alarming and harassing and are extremely distressing to me and my family." Taylor even insisted that she does "not have desire to interact with or communicate in any way with Mr Sweet."

The court hearing will happen this coming March 25 to decide if the restraining order from this "Swiftie" will be lifted.
