Times are tough for Joe and Teresa Guidice.

Divorce and cheating rumors are circulating while it's only becoming more evident that the two are criminals. One can only feel bad for their four young daughters who have to deal with their parents' very public case, possible divorce and infidelity rumors.

Classicalite reported that Teresa Guidice recently took a ski vacation in order to escape from the chaos of her life, including facing fraud charges as well as dealing with allegations that her husband is cheating on her.

International Business Times reports, "Teresa Giudice and her family took a short vacation to get away from the controversy surrounding her and her husband Joe at a secluded ski resort. Starting Feb 24, the 41-year-old mother posted photos of Joe and her four daughters, hitting the slopes and enjoying each other's company."

Divorce rumors surfaced as numerous reports claim that Joe Guidice was spotted on multiple dates with a much younger, bustier brunette woman.

As the demise of Joe and Teresa Guidice's relationship approaches, it seems that the two RHONJ stars aren't ready to back down.

The Record reported that the couple agreed to plead guilty to the mortgage and bankruptcy fraud charges they are facing. Joe and Teresa Guidice were photographed holding hands as they arrived at the Federal Court in New Jersey.

The troubled New Jersey couple may face one of two punishments, according to New York Daily News.

Teresa would be sentenced to less than two years in prison while Joe would receive a minimum of three years in prison, per federal sentencing guidelines.

The Record has reported that Joe, an Italian citizen, could be deported.

Option two would be for Joe to avoid deportation and be sentenced to a minimum of five years in prison. Teresa wouldn't go to prison at all and would receive a maximum of five years probation instead.

Let's not forget the fact that the two would still owe $11 million in restitution.

Joe and Teresa Guidice reportedly used fake documents to receive millions in loans.

All divorce and cheating rumors aside, the RHONJ couple should figure their legal woes out immediately, at least for their daughters.
