Oscars 2014: John Travolta Butchers Idina Menzel Name [VIDEO], ’12 Years A Slave’ Feud As Pizza Guy Makes Appearance And Pharrell Wears Shorts

Ellen DeGeneres entertained (or tried her best to) at the Oscars 2014.

However, the most entertaining moment during the Oscars 2014 would have to be, hands down, John Travolta's inability to pronounce Idina Menzel's name.

The actor introduced her as "Adele Dazeem" and instantly became a social media star.

New York Daily News reported that a Twitter account with the handle @adeladazeem went up immediately and had over 16,000 followers and counting.

The account continues to mock the 60-year-old actor's mistake. One of the tweets reads, "THANK YOU, JORN TROMOLTO."

As John Travolta managed to butcher the name of the talented Broadway singer, CNN reported some "12 Years A Slave" drama that others may have missed.

John Ridley reportedly won the Oscar for best-adapted screenplay, but he didn't thank director Steve McQueen during his acceptance speech.

It seemed that McQueen didn't feel the need to clap for Ridley as he went up to receive his award.

Nikke Finke, a Hollywood journalist, tweeted that dispute over screenplay credit may have been the cause of the "12 Years A Slave" feud.

In the course of the awards ceremony, Ellen joked about ordering some pizza. And she did! A deliveryman from Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria appeared with pies for the audience.

Although she reportedly passed Pharrell's hat along to collection a tip for the delivery man, he ran off without collecting it.

Pharrell seemed to want to enjoy the California sun for the 2014 Oscars as he strutted the red carpet with his stunning wife on his arm and a pair of shorts.

Twitter exploded with disapproval. One tweet read, "Pharrell is slowly turning into a park ranger" while another simply stated, "No, Pharrell. JUST NO. NEVER. #Oscars."

"12 Years A Slave" drama, pizza delivery guy and Pharrell's shorts aside, John Travolta still wins the Oscar in our hearts for most entertaining bit of the night.
