"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is currently entertaining its fans with Season 9.
However, the Kardashians still have to deal with the wrong that they've done during Season 8 of the reality television show.
According to EN Stars, the show's stars have been hit with a defamation lawsuit for statements made during Season 8.
The lawsuit has been filed by the Kardashian siblings' ex-stepmom, Elle Pearson Kardashian.
Khloe Kardashian reportedly stated that Pearson "married my father on his deathbed" while Kris Jenner added to the insult by saying, "[She] propped [my ex-husband] up on a pillow, basically in his own bed and married him in his pajamas.
Kourtney felt the need to chime in the conversation, adding, "Mom, he wasn't on the bed, he was on the couch."
Jenner then concluded, "Well, propped him up on the couch and married him."
It seems that these comments didn't sit well with Rob Kardashian Sr's wife.
It has been reported that although Judge Mitchell Beckloff is allowing Pearson to file the lawsuit, he threw out claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress, disclosure of private facts and conspiracy to defame beforehand.
The judge will decide if the statements were within the Kardashians' First Amendment rights along with an issue of the public interest.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars are fighting back. Jenner, along with her Kardashian children are suing Elle Pearson Kardashian for $500,000 for revealing Rob Kardashian, Sr's personal diary to the media in 2013.
As legal issues begin to plague Season 9, a sisterly, but bloody fight occurred between Khloe and Kylie.
As cameras rolled for Season 9, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" siblings had a physical altercation that resulted in Kylie's bloody knuckles and the aspiring model playfully calling her older sister a "Fake B**ch," according to the Daily Mail.
While things are fun at home, Kendall Jenner is making a name for herself in the modeling world as she separates from her Kardashian family to "reinvent" herself.
The 18-year-old was seen walking in New York and London Fashion Week shows last month.
