According to the Latin Post, the "Red" hit maker and the "Lego House" singer attended the 22nd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards together afterwards.
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer stated in an issue of InStyle Magazine, "Ed and I are such good friends. I have never had such a close guy friend before. It's always kind of creepy because with a guy friend- girl friend situation. It usually feels like one person always wants more."
The singer continued, "That's not the case here. If a guy wants to be friends with me, just know people are going to say we're dating."
