Script leaks have revealed updates that her character, Julia, will meet Jason Bateman's character at a sex addiction meeting, according to International Business Times.

Julia will force herself on Nick (Jason Bateman) and the two will eventually have sex.

Aniston's character will spend the rest of "Horrible Bosses" trying to seduce Charlie Day's Dale, eventually succeeding.

Happy married Dale worries that his wife will leave him if she finds out his mistake with Julia, but then discovers that Julia has seduced her as well, hence the much talked about lesbian scene.
