Heidi Klum and Seal are not getting back together.

To the dismay of fans and Seal, the German supermodel actually has a sparkly, younger new boyfriend.

E! News reports that Klum was seen hand in hand with art dealer Vito Schnabel earlier today in Paris.

The two were reportedly admiring some classic art pieces at several museums in the romantic city.

The 40-year-old former Victoria's Secret model and the 27-year-old curator were also spotted kissing at an Academy Awards after-party at 1OAK nightclub in Hollywood, further confirming their relationship.

So ... who is this new boyfriend Vito Schnabel?

According to Examiner.com, Schnabel is the eldest son of director Julian Schnabel who directed the films "Butterfly" and "The Diving Bell."

The young art dealer reportedly made a name for himself when he was a teen and had also previously been linked to Demi Moore in 2012.

The 13-year age gap clearly doesn't matter to the two lovebirds. It's also clear that Klum has no intention of getting back together with her ex-husband Seal, despite rumors that the two have secretly been hooking up.

Life & Style had reported that the "Project Runway" star "has been sneaking over to Seal's home for late-night rendezvous."

A source for the magazine stated that although Heidi Klum was seen making out with Vito Schnabel, she "went straight to Seal's house" afterwards, fueling rumors that the two were seriously considering getting back together.

The insider added, "She's been spending a lot of time with him, and even though they have kids together, they're together much more than they need to be."

Reps for both Heidi Klum and Seal have stated that a reunion between the two is not happening.
