Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may end up being even richer than they are now due to a certain proposal video.
According to The Grio, a judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.
It has been reported that the "Yeezus" hitmaker and his "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" wife sued Hurley in October after he posted the footage of their proposal on his new video-sharing sit MixBit.
Hurley had apparently forgotten that he signed a confidentiality agreement a year ago.
Although Chad Hurley had stated that the suit should be dismissed because he posted the video after seeing other online photos and congratulatory notes from different celebrities, Kanye and Kim are not ones to back down.
As the two are set to win millions on top of what they already have, it has been reported that there may be a special guest missing from their wedding.
Perez Hilton reports that Beyonce is telling her friends that she will not be attending Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's upcoming wedding.
The "Drunk In Love" singer reportedly thinks that filming the wedding for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is "tacky" and that she doesn't want to be a part of it.
Although Beyonce wants to skip the wedding ceremony, there is speculation that she will be forced to attend because of Jay-Z's close relationship with Kanye.
However, it has been reported that Jay-Z allegedly turned down the chance to be Kanye West's best man because he didn't want to be in front of the reality TV cameras either.
We'll have to wait to see what happens.
To the surprise of many, the star couple won't be having a huge wedding. A source has told People that it'll only be "around 150 people."
Daughter North will be having a role in the wedding, as expected.
Although future Mrs. Kanye West has yet to purchase her wedding dress, the Kardashian stated, "I've shopped a little bit, but I really need a good sit down to plan it all out."
