Justin Bieber will never get away from the spotlight.

The biggest topic at the moment is whether the "Baby" singer will get deported or not.

From the progression of the ongoing petition to get him deported, it seems that it is highly likely that the 20-year-old's green card will get revoked.

The petition has already amassed more than 60,000 signatures, just 40,000 away from getting the White House to review it, according to Yahoo News.

There's actually a possibility that the "Hold Tight" singer might get deported if he commits further crimes, even if the U.S. government doesn't get to look over the petition.

The National Post reported that Justin Bieber is living in the U.S. on an O-1 visa and could be deported if "convicted of an aggravated felony, a crime with a prison sentence of one year or more, or a crime of 'moral turpitude.'"

Fox News reports that there is a maximum six-month sentence for a DUI conviction and the same penalty for a drag-racing offense.

Although, Bieber doesn't necessarily meet the requirements of deportation just yet, he may get kicked out if he ends up committing more crimes.

As rumors of Justin Bieber being forced out of the U.S. continue to circulate, there has been news that Selena Gomez and her on-again-off-again boyfriend are back on.

The two were photographed on Tuesday in and out of a recording studio in Miami.

Although it is rumored that the "Never Say Never" star and his ladylove Selena Gomez have rekindled their romance, there is speculation that Justin Bieber may actually be cheating on the 21-year-old pop princess.

The Mirror reported that the singer posted a picture of himself checking himself with the caption, "wondering if she's too high maintenance," suggesting that he may have been texting a mystery woman.

The India Times suggests that Bieber and Gomez may not have gotten back together and that Justin may be looking to move on.

It's not clear if Selena feels the same way.

Hollywood has been expressing strong feelings towards Bieber's downward spiral.

Recently, Joe Jonas spoke to Scene magazine and made it a point to bring up Justin's father, 38-year-old Jeremy Bieber, who was with his son when he got arrested.

Jonas stated, "I think we all saw it coming. Your dad is your party animal - that's going to sum it up pretty quick."

He added, "There's an equation for some sort of explosion."
