With more audio released of him bad mouthing African Americans, Donald Sterling's racist sandal continues.
After TMZ Sports released a taped conversation of the LA CLippers owner scolding his mistress/girlfriend for attending basketball games with African Americans, Deadspin released audio where their fellow media conglomerate left off.
Sterling's girlfriend, V. Stiviano, can be heard wanting justification as to why she can't post pictures with black people on Instagram while she attends Clippers games.
"I don't understand, I don't see your views," said Stiviano, who allegedly identifies as black and Mexican. "I wasn't raised the way you were raised."
Instead of giving her an explanation, Sterling suggested she doesn't have to attend the games if she can't abide by his rules.
"Well then, if you don't feel -- don't come to my games. Don't bring black people, and don't come," said the Clippers owner.
This is when Stiviano stated the obvious to the married Sterling when asking, "Do you know that you have a whole team that's black, that plays for you?"
At this point, Sterling suggested he is the reason why his black basketball players eat.
"You just, do I know? I support them and give them food, and clothes, and cars, and houses," said Sterling about his Clippers players. "Who gives it to them? Does someone else give it to them? Do I know that I have—Who makes the game? Do I make the game, or do they make the game? Is there 30 owners, that created the league?"
Since Sterling's racist comments were leaked, the NAACP has decided not to honor the Clippers owner.
"He is not receiving a lifetime achievement award from the NAACP," Lorraine Miller, NAACP interim vice president, told NBC's "Meet the Press."
In addition, those like Magic Johnson have decided to boycott Sterling's Clippers games due to his racist comments.
"I will never again set foot in Staples Center when the Clippers are playing," said Johnson, who triggered Sterling's racist comments after taking a picture with his lady friend at a Clippers game. "I know where I'm not wanted."
Besides the public uproar, Sterling has yet to receive punishment for his public bigotry.
Meanwhile, the LA Clippers are gearing up for their Sunday (April 28th) game against the Golden State Warriors. Whether Sterling will be present is unknown.
