In sexual assault prevention campaign video President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden called on Hollywood figures to spread the word.
In the sexual assault prevention ad, Obama and Biden are accompanied by 007 actor Daniel Craig, Benicio del Toro, and Steve Carell, Seth Meyers, and Dulé Hill.
The PSA was launched on Tuesday during a White House event that issued new rules for college campuses in efforts to prevent sexual assault.
In addition, Biden gave a very touching speech.
“No man has a right ever to raise his hand to a women period. It is assault if they do,” said Biden to the cheering crowd.
The VP also belittled the "re-assault" victims go through in campus sexual assault investigations.
“We almost always ask the wrong questions when it comes to sexual assault,” Biden said. “We continue to ask questions like ‘What were you wearing? What did you say? What did you?’”
Biden added, “The real question is what made him think that he had the right to do what he did? No means no, whenever it is stated.”
Before Biden spoke, he was introduced by Madeleine Smith, a Harvard graduate who was a victim of rape on campus two years ago and spoke out about the poor way the Ivy League school handled the investigation.
Biden's speech ended with giving thanks to Smith for being so brave.
