Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ABC'S Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 1 coming with remaining episodes left, the stakes of the show couldn't get any higher as they try to raise the bar once again on the last episode "Beginning of the End" starting with the return of S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury. Samuel L. Jackson's character already made two appearances in the show, and returning for the third time in the final episode is something we look forward to. What would Nick Fury do in the final episode? Will he fight HYDRA alongside Phil Coulson and his team?  In an interview with Vulture, Jackson told them that he was done taping last week, but he didn't reveal any details on the last episode.

Another plot in the season finale hints a lot of "dark secrets" will surface as Coulson's team of ragtag agents are ready to bring the fight to John Garrett and HYDRA once and for all, and it's going to be "explosive" as hinted in the creators of the show.

As for season 2, ABC hasn't renewed on its series yet no matter how good they're doing. But industry watchers believe that the show will be renewed. Zap2It, who once predicted cancellations and renewals, says that the show "is certain to be renewed," while TV Wise says that the show is "looking good for renewal."
