"Batman vs Superman" Aquaman rumors just got debunked by Jason Momoa! No, he didn't say that Aquaman won't appear in the movie, what he's saying is that he won't be playing the role of Aquaman.

Comic Book Movie reported that at a convention appearance in Bucharest, the actor famous for playing Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones season 1, laughed off the idea that he will play Aquaman.

"I couldn't even be more random for Aquaman, you know, with the blonde hair," Momoa said. "I don't even know where that comes from. It's like me being Robin or something. Who pulls that out? I see that on the Internet and I'm like, 'Aquaman?' A guy like Lobo I could see."

When the girl asking the questions said, "But you could make Aquaman cool," he just laughed and said, "Well thank you." Watch the video below:

Jason Momoa has been linked to the upcoming Batman vs Superman movie, not just for the role of Aquaman but for various roles as well. At one point, he was rumored to be playing the super villain, Doomsday, in the film.

However there is a villain that's confirmed to appear in "Batman Vs Superman" and that is Lex Luthor to be played by Jesse Eisenberg.

Jesse Eisenberg made an appearance on the Today show to promote his new film, The Double. While there, the host asked him about his upcoming role as Lex Luthor in Batman vs. Superman (which she mistakenly calls Batman vs. Spider-Man).

"It's an interesting character. The movie is really good," Eisenberg said. "But yeah, if I say anything beyond that, somebody will probably descend from the ceiling."
