Kim Soo Hyun's First Kiss Happened In A Drama

Fans who got to spend time with actor Kim Soo Hyun on his "First Memories" Asian tour in Japan this weekend were surprised to learn that his first kiss happened in a drama.

When the 26-year-old actor was asked about his heart-stopping kisses with co-stars Jun Ji Hyun and Han Ga In, he confessed that he had never kissed anyone before he had his first onscreen kiss.

He approached his first onscreen kiss by using the same visualization techniques that actors use to imagine themselves in a variety of unfamiliar situations.

"I was able to shoot kiss scenes by visualizing it beforehand, thinking about how to make a good kiss scene," he said. "The rest is due to the director to makes the best out of it."

Of course many people imagine their first kiss before it actually happens.

Kim Soo Hyun was the first person actress Nam Ji Hyun ever kissed and that kiss also happened in a drama, when they co-starred in "Will It Snow For Christmas." They barely touched lips. But she was still nervous when she had her next kiss onscreen with actor Kang Ha Neul in "Angel Eyes."

Jin Se Yeon, who has already kissed Lee Jong Suk in "Doctor Stranger," also had her first kiss in a drama. It happened when she played Mok Dan in "Bridal Mask and the kiss took place with her co-star Joo Won.

Moon Geun Young, who will soon appear in the film "Sado" with Yoo Ah In, had her first kiss in a film. She was a 17-year-old bride in the film "My Little Bride." She says she can't remember the details because the experience was embarrassing but her co-star Kim Rae Won was very understanding.

"I made several mistakes," she said. "Kim Rae Won apologized to me when he found out that it was my first kiss but I was happy because I kissed such a cool guy."

Her first drama kiss took place in "Cinderella's Sister" with actor Chun Jung Myung.

Child actor Yeo Jin Goo said his first kiss took place when he was filming "Potato Star."

On SBS Midnight TV Entertainment, he said that, "My parents told me not to get anxious and just do it, but how could I not be nervous?"

He said the kiss with co-star Ha yeon Soo made him feel sorry for the girl who would be his first love in the future. He would like it to have been her.

"But you will understand, right," he asked the audience. And of course they did. Kissing attractive co-stars is a very important part of an actor's job.
