"24: Live Another Day" episode 4 spoilers show Jack Bauer taking on the Marines as he is holed up in a secure room at the U.S. Embassy full of hostages. Will authorities finally catch up to the hero?

In an action-packed trailer released by Fox which serves as the official "24: Live Another Day" episode 4 spoilers, Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub) appears to have hacked the system and giving instructions to Jack Bauer as the Marines are closing down on him.

"They're in the corner right outside, you have to buy more time," she tells him.

"Which direction are they coming from?"

"Rounding the corner on your left," she instructs, as she adds that they are wearing body armor.

Jack Bauer then commands one of the hostages to open the secured door at his count. When the Marines are right outside the door, he tells the lady hostage to open the door, after which she shot at two Marines.

"I've got hostages, stay back!"

According to the "24: Live Another Day" spoilers released by Fox: "With the threat escalating, Jack Bauer heads to the U.S. Embassy as the CIA closes in on him. Elsewhere, Margot (guest star Michelle Fairly) asserts her authority with unthinkable force, President Heller faces members of Parliament and Kate Morgan takes matters into her own hands in the all-new "Day 9: 2:00 PM-3:00 PM" episode of "24: Live Another Day."

Earlier,fFans of the show are eager to know what happens to Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland), especially after escaping death once too often, and whether or not his luck will finally run out this season, but showrunner Robert Cochran dished out some "24: Live Another Day" spoilers.

"We're not going to kill him, I can guarantee you that," he told TV Guide.

"24: Live Another Day" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Fox.
