Kap Dong" Lee Joon Attempts Suicide
"Kap Dong" Lee Joon's suicide attempt was shown to be mere acting and wasn't an actual attempt to take his life.
On the 10th episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Kap Dong" broadcast on May 17th, the suicide attempt of Ryu Tae Oh (played by Lee Joon) was shown in its full extent. This was everything that he and Tae Oh had planned together while they schemed.
On this episode, Tae Oh called Maria Oh (played by Kim Min Jung) and was consuming poisonous medication saying, "You just have to contemplate this for ten minutes. Whether you'll save me or kill me" he said. At this, Maria said to him, "Just die" and left.
However, Ha Moo Yeom (played by Yoon Sung Hyun) who found out this truth saved his life due to Tae Oh. At Tae Oh's suicide attempt, reporters changed their minds about Oh Tae Oh. After this incident, they were warm and nice to Tae Oh and said, "Is this because of a forced and over-intrusive investigation?"
However, Tae Oh's suicide attempt was just acting. At this, his mother gave poisonous medicine to Tae Oh and said, "You feel unjust and are attempting suicide but in the end, someone who knows you is saving you" he persuaded him.
