A New Leaf" Oh Jung Se Fixes Stock Prices
Kim Myung Min was declared innocent for the charge of price fixing and stocks.
On the 11th episode of MBC Wednesday/Thursday drama "A New Leaf' broadcast on June 11th, Kim Suk Joo (played by Kim Myung Min) started to undergo a prosecutory investigation for fixing stock prices.
On this episode, his friend Park Sang Tae (played by Oh Jung Se ) followed Kim Suk Joo. In this incident, he had asked the prosecution, "I have a fight to be represented by an attorney so I'll participate." At this, the prosecutor asked Kim Suk Joo, "Why did you undergo such transaction?" and Park Sang Tae said the following. "It' s not like I fixed stock prices and I'm actually the victim. If this is illegal, then you can just punish me for that" and started to advocate for him in the most passionately way.
More than that , the prosecutor had interrogated him about the $2 Million in the foreign account and he said, "Sir Prosecutor, attorney Kim Suk Joo is the posterboy of the law firm. Do you know how much this person's incentive is a year?" and chortled.
Then, he explained that the reason there were funds withdrawn from the Japanese account is because of an investment in the Fukushima golf course. Nonetheless, he said that there was great loss because of this.
Meanwhile, "A New Leaf" is about an ace lawyer of a law firm losing his memory in an accident and looking back on his own life.
