GTA 6 Rumors And Theories: Game Set To Take Place In Either Houston Or Vice City? Would Fans Like To See Mexican Cartels, Rednecks, And Cowboys Or Yakuza Vs Triad?
GTA 5 is one great game that tells us how serious Rockstar is with the franchise. The GTA brand has been on a sharp incline since day one and things are about to get bigger with the future, GTA 6.
The exciting thing when anticipating the next GTA game is the debate on the game's location. At the moment, it is still too early to talk about GTA 6 but fans are already letting their desires known and the most suggested places are Houston and a trip back to Vice City.
HOUSTON
According to Cyberland, GTA 6 is to be set in Houston Texas. The city is so huge that it ticks every box to be a great GTA location. There are rich areas, poor areas and a perfect blend of rural as well as urban.
Cyberland further cited that Houston will offer something different when compared to all the other locations in the GTA series. It has a huge cultural influence. There are the Mexican cartels, organized crimes and a combination of Rednecks and cowboys.
While it all sounds great, many fans are hoping for GTA 6 to return to Vice City. Considering the next-gen consoles' capabilities, Rockstar can recreate Miami Florida and make it bigger than San Andreas.
The idea for Houston is great and the chaos in the cowboy city will give players the right to quote, "Houston, we got a little problem".
VICE CITY
Another angle being looked at is GTA IV going back to Liberty City and with GTA V going back to Los Santos, it's not farfetched to think that GTA 6 would feature Vice City.
Cyberland not only reported that GTA 6 would return to Vice City, it would feature multiple protagonists similar to GTA V and one of them is going to be Asian! Cyberland notes that the story would feature a Yakuza vs Triad storyline as well.
While these new info on GTA 6 such as the return to Vice City is very enticing for GTA fans, these are just rumors and that Rockstar hasn't confirmed any of it but with all the fans clamoring for it, GTA 6 going back to Vice City is something they would certainly approve of.
